Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Order Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Order Tracker is a tool that helps you track online orders by connecting to your email accounts via IMAP or Google OAuth. The Service searches for order-related emails from supported retailers and displays order information in a unified dashboard.

Account and access

• You must sign in via Discord to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any email credentials you provide.
• You must not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to access email accounts you do not own or have authorization to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond your own order information.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without permission.

Email access

By connecting an email account, you authorize the Service to access your email solely for the purpose of finding order-related messages from supported retailers. You may disconnect your email account at any time. We access only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service and do not read, store, or process unrelated emails.

Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any order data retrieved through the Service. You are responsible for verifying order information with the respective retailers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Order Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
